Daniel Langefeld

Daniel is a senior in high school at Wesleyan Christian Academy. He is currently applying to universities for his undergraduate studies and plans to major in computer science with a potential focus on cybersecurity. Daniel is currently a member of the IRSC Lab’s Student Research Team and is working on a project to apply YOLOv5 to object detection from satellite and drone images in the Peruvian Amazon.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys fishing, playing board games, and playing with his dog, Arden.
